Papakāinga

This is currently a pilot program. We look for suitable relocatable housing opportunities for Ngā Pōtiki members who want to reconnect to their whenua.

You will need a signed licence to occupy and a suitable piece of land (Māori or General title) to be eligible for this programme. You may also need savings and/or the ability to obtain a Kainga Whenua Loan.

At this stage we are testing the viability of this programme and what the cost share should be between Manawa Housing and you. Regardless, please complete an Expression of Interest.
